GENCO ATC has an opening for a Facility Manager for our Distribution facility in Cherry Point, North Carolina.
The Facility Manager has full responsibility for managing the facility to include:
Preparing, maintaining and communicating all operational goals and GENCO ATC Standard Operations Procedures
On-going management of facility fiscal performance (Profit and Loss), yearly budget preparation
Monitoring space utilization/layout and maximizing usage/making recommendations
Managing, coaching, mentoring, developing staff to achieve prescribed objectives
Overseeing the recruitment and new hire process and ensuring/ reinforcing the GENCO ATC teammate culture is being fostered in the facility
Monitoring and ensuring departmental/facility performance metrics are met in a timely and cost effective manner
Ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of all necessary reports and records regarding facility operations
Developing, implementing and directing; equipment preventative maintenance programs, safety programs, and facility building/grounds maintenance programs
Monitoring facility purchasing process to include: auditing, guideline compliance, and approval; creating programs to maximize cost saving for GENCO ATC and customers
The successful candidate will have:
A BA/BS degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or other related operations discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience required
Seven (7) plus years of management experience in a logistics environment utilizing WMS and RF technology
Five (5) plus years of experience in a fast-paced, large volume, high-intensity environment, with strong focus on meeting/exceeding measurable metrics
Three (3) plus years experience managing full P&L
Three (3) plus years experience implementing continuous improvement programs
Ability to interact effectively at multiple levels, in support of our customer relationships; demonstrated self-confidence, particularly with client relationships; strong relationship building skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, teammates, customers, and the general public
A proven track record of mentoring and development of direct reports and subordinates

GENCO ATC has an immediate opening for an HR/Payroll Clerk with our GENCO ATC Home Depot Returns facility located in McDonough, Georgia. This is a 290k sq.ft. reverse center operation, operating 1 shift with approximately 150+ teammates.
The Human Resource Clerk is responsible for assisting the Human Resource Generalist in the administration of all aspects of human resources (i.e., payroll, reviewing applications, orientation, benefits, etc.) This is accomplished by the following prescribed GENCO ATC guidelines
The position is responsible for:
Maintaining confidential employee benefit data in HRIS/Payroll System to include: updating Teammate data, entering benefits enrollment information, updating terminations, and COBRA administration
Managing the on boarding process to include, interviewing, scheduling, and testing of all candidates for various openings in the facility. Administering random background and drug tests per company standards
Preparing various weekly and monthly statistical reports as requested
Maintaining orderly and complete employee Benefits and Workers' Compensation files
Performing benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees
Processing Payroll, A/P and other internal office processes
Continuing creative efforts by handling all special activities, manager newsletters, and any other special programs
The successful candidate will have :
High School graduate (college degree, professional certifications, and licenses preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, Kronos timekeeping and ADP HRIS/Payroll
Knowledge in the management of flexible benefit plans that include a knowledge of COBRA and FMLA regulations and requirements preferred
Minimum one (1) year of experience applying knowledge of local, state, and federal labor/employment laws and regulations regarding employment decisions such as hiring, discipline, termination, workers compensation, leave administration, benefits and compensation.

GENCO ATC has immediate openings for an RA Authorization Clerk with our GENCO ATC / Home Depot Returns facility located in McDonough, Georgia. This is a 290k square foot facility operating one (1) shift with approximately 150+ teammates. .
The RA Authorization Clerk is responsible for the performance of a variety of data-entry tasks, maintaining open requests for authorizations from vendors, request dispositions, data entry, compiling daily reports. This role is responsible for the timely and efficient completion of a variety of daily functions related to inbound and outbound processes, which includes data-entry, report development and generation, scheduling, filing and internal and external customer communications.
The position is responsible for:
Collecting and inputting data, compiling and preparing productivity, quality, and service level reports.
Managing requests and entering all return authorizations, following proper procedures as set by the customer and GENCO ATC Return Center
Providing support for operating departments with a focus on operational efficiencies, and the development of process improvements.
Providing general office/warehouse support such as file maintenance, distributing reports, answering phones and etc.
Performing other clerical tasks as required
Compiling with all GENCO ATC’s policies, guidelines and procedures.
The successful candidate will have:
One (1) year of related data processing experience, ideally within a distribution center environment
One (1) year of experience involved in performing work in a warehouse/clerical environment that requires the use of various warehouse/clerical practices
Good communication skills and good writing skills to produce clear and concise reports, and the ability to work in a team environment
Able to meet productivity, quality, safety and attendance requirements.
SAP experience a plus

The Maintenance Technician uses principles to total quality management (TQM) to repair and overhaul work assignments to keep the equipment in the facility operational. Ensures Safety procedures and processes are followed during all repairs and preventative maintenance.
The position is responsible for:
Conferring with Team Lead at start of each shift to determine work priorities ,supplies required, and understanding assignments
Proceeding to work site to determine best on-the-job’ working procedures resolves technical problems of the assignment
Utilizing necessary tools and supplies from stores department. Utilizes vendors’ supply catalogs and training manuals as needed
Following all Safety procedures to ensure a safe work place. Examples include lock out, tag out and proper use and stored of tools and equipment
Working with other Maintenance Technicians, in a team environment to address maintenance assignments and trouble shoot issues
Participating in monthly safety ,meetings with Supervisors and the team. Selects and presents a topic for the meetings, using materials and assistance from the plant safety department
May assist in the training of new maintenance teammates. Arranges for cross training of teammates in new trades as work schedule allows
The successful candidate will have :
Journeyman status in a trade or draft such as electrician, machinist, millwright, welder, etc.t
Desire to satisfactorily complete training in Total Quality Management (TQM) principles
Ability to function in a team environment
Power equipment licensing
General knowledge of power and hand tools
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and perform physical requirements of maintenance repairs
Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, work in uncomfortably hot or cold environments, and on ladders
