Choice Care Occupations Medicine and Orthopaedics- Hapeville Georgia
Bookkeeper- Part time 3days a week
Skills required for bookkeeper position:
· Solid understanding between cash vs. accrual accounting
· Current experience with closing financial books and issuing reports for business analysis
· Current experience processing day-to-day financial activities such as A/P, payroll, and accrual journal entries
· Experience with documenting month-end closing reports including accrual and reconciliation schedules on a timely basis
· Experience with preparation of tax schedules for annual tax returns and participating in tax planning initiatives
· Working with multi-company bookkeeping
· Experience with property tax returns
· Experience working with QuickBooks
· Experience with participating and assisting in budget and input/issuance of reports for monthly analysis
· Hands on experience dealing with some HR issues like employee benefits, business insurance, compliance. . ..
Individual must have excellent problem solving skills and logical thinking. Must be a well spoken communicator. Must be honest and a team player. Only the best of the best.
