Atlas Roofing Corporation is a privately held, multidivisional corporation dedicated to the production of quality roofing and insulation products sold throughout North America. We are seeking a professional, highly motivated Manufacturing Human Resources Manager to work in our Hampton and LaGrange, GA plants.
The HR Manager will have hands-on responsibility for managing the details of all HR services and functions in a union and non-union environment including employee relations, benefits enrollment, payroll approval, OSHA, recruiting, employment law and labor/union negotiation for approx 180 total employees; 20% travel. Individual must have eight (8) years full-spectrum HR experience including union negotiation and Bachelor’s degree in HR/related field required. PHR/SPHR certification, PeopleSoft, Gmail and Microsoft Office experience a plus. Strong planning, communication, problem-solving and results-oriented skills are required.
Only candidates who have union environment experience will be considered. Compensation package includes relocation assistance, $70-80k salary range and a comprehensive benefits program.
