"ProEdit has an exciting new opportunity for a technical writer for a two- to three-month project in Atlanta, GA (Perimeter area). Our client is seeking a writer to develop, update, and revise technical documentation including software user manuals, online help, and policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have a strong technical writing and editing background and should be able to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Our client will consider entry- or junior-level candidates for this position.

Qualifications for this position include:

- At least one year of technical writing experience
- Proficiency with MS Word
- Previous experience with Adobe FrameMaker and RoboHelp
- Bachelor’s degree in technical communication or a related field
