Local travel incentive company seeks a Business Analyst to assist in developing incentive plans structure that will achieve client targets; to conduct data mining activities and administers the collection of data, builds databases and spreadsheet processes to automate calculations and reports and to perform analyses to make recommendations or measure program return on investment. A Bachelor’s degree in related field is required. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years in financial, IT or related industry; 2 of those years experience in the incentive industry preferred; must be proficient regarding Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and HTML (SQL would be desirable); have strong knowledge of computer design and web based applications and understand leading edge technology.
