Job Description: GENCO has an immediate opening for a Quality Assurance Supervisor with our GENCO / Reckitt Benckiser facility located in Mechanicsburg, PA. This is a 750k square foot facility operating with approximately 100 teammates.

The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for:
Accounting for hourly inspections of Custom Manufactured product on hourly/daily basis
Inspecting specified Custom Manufactured components, downloading specifications from website and properly communicating any deviations
Ensuring all outside Workshop products meet customer's quality guidelines for BOM accuracy as well as periodic inspections of the facility for compliance
Training all employees on shifts and line leads of any new or existing quality processes
Developing a communication tool to report all quality deviations found as well as any corrective action plans to eliminate
Assisting in ensuring that all BOM's and assembly instructions are complete and accurate, and to communicate any deviations to Management
Working closely with management to establish quality tools

Requirements: The successful candidate will have:

GENCO has an immediate opening for a Field Implementation Supervisor. The Implementation Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the installation and implementation of the Labor Management System (LMS) and Engineered Labor Standards (ELS). This includes all aspects of documenting, configuring, analyzing, validating, and implementing a proprietary LMS in key GENCO facilities using interfaces with payroll, proprietary Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and various other operating systems. This position can be located anywhere in the United States provided the location has access to a major metropolitan airport.

The position is responsible for:

Providing support for the Labor Management Team in the areas of analyzing, validating and documenting the processes to implement, test and train the management and supervisory staff of each facility in the methods of labor management through:


Analyzing reports from the WMS and LMS to maximize use, ability and operational efficiencies
Ability to understand distribution and return center work methods and procedures to identify areas that can be measured via a LMS
Oversee all GENCO LMS and ELS projects
Assisting in configuration and support of the LMS/ELS projects
Participating in cross-functional internal relationships with all Business Units and other internal teams to effectively implement productivity and WMS enhancements
Assisting in the development of metrics and performance reporting on an as needed basis for corporate and facility operations and management staff
Training and updating management and teammates on the LMS to include but not limited to maintenance, job functions/procedures and general knowledge of work management
Managing cross-functional internal and external relationships to effectively implement the LMS and WMS enhancements
Assisting in the development, implementation and maintenance of labor standards for all measurable work functions at the GENCO facilities with the LMS

The successful candidate will have:

A BA/BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution or Logistics (Focused on Warehousing/Distribution), Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience
One (1) to three (3) years experience in methods analysis, labor standards and state-of-the-art labor reporting systems
Knowledgeable in engineered standards time study and formulation development required
Understanding of work process mapping with respects to WMS and LMS systems
Strong Project Management skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Project
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general and intensive computer software (i.e. SQL, UNIX, PL/SQL, ODBC, TCP/IP, Microsoft Office, Email, etc.)
