Would you like to become a better speaker? Are you fearful when you have to speak to a group of people? Then Toastmasters is for you. Toastmasters is a 75 year old international organization that teaches people to speak effectively and with confidence. You develop your speaking skills in a safe and supportive environment, surrounded by others who are also learning.
A new Toastmaster club is now forming in Douglasville. The next meeting will be held at 9 AM on Saturday, September 12, in room 103 of the Meritage Commons Building located at 3400 Chapel Hill Road. If you’re coming from Douglasville, Meritage Commons is the large, multistory, brick building on the left just before you get to the soccer field at Annewakee Creek. There is no cost to attend.
