Job Description
The Human Resources Generalist reports to the Vice-President, Human Resources and is responsible for development, administration, and implementation various human resources functions including compensation, employee relations, performance management, and EEOC and OFCCP compliance.

Manages employee relations including terminations, performace evaluations, performance management, coaching, counseling, terminations conflict resolution, and exit interviews

Develops business relationships with multiple internal customers and clients

Assists in development of policies and maintains the associate handbook

Designs and administers compensation programs by analyzing and benchmarking current data

Gathers and compiles data to ensure accurate OFCP and EEOC compliance, recordkeeping and reporting.

Manages new hire orientation, onboarding, and follow up
Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to engage a broad range of responsibilities

Strong conflict resolution skills

Advanced knowledge of of employment law and government compliance

Ability to build strong relationships among all levels of associates

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field plus a minimum of two years experience as a HR Generlaist supporting at least 200 employees..
