Six Flags needs ticket office supervisor

"Six Flags Atlanta Properties is looking for a talented and motivated individual to fill the full-time position of Ticket Office Supervisor. This position is designed to oversee the efficient operation of the Ticket Office.


Organizational Structure:

· Reports to Controller

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Oversee ticketing operations for Six Flags Over Georgia & White Water.
· Review consignment and outing contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
· Coordinate the timely fulfillment of consignment, cash groups, season pass, and special ticket orders.
· Responsible for ticket ordering, printing, distribution, and maintaining accurate and adequate ticket inventory.
· Maintain the integrity and accuracy of information in the Six Flags’ Ticketing and Group Sales systems, including setting up ticket styles, sequencing, and program codes.
· Work with Controller to determine credit limit or pre-pay requirement for new accounts.
· Track, forecast and scheduling of monthly seasonal labor expenses.
· Track and forecast monthly ticketing and various miscellaneous expenses.
· Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate Ticket Office staff.
· Provide support to Marketing and Group Sales programs.
· Work with Group Sales representatives to close out group accounts and prepare customer invoicing.
· Other tasks and projects as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Must Possess:

· Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance is preferred.

· Prior supervisory experience.

· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

· Two or more years of progressive experience in a customer service oriented field.

· Candidate should be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
