The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving customer orders, entering the orders in the Company software system, and processing those orders so they can be readied for delivery. Additionally, the Customer Service rep. works with a sales representative and processes his/her orders.

Also, the Customer Service Rep:
assists customers with special needs/requests
gives customers price quotations as needed
answer calls and assist general public questions
suggests new and sell products to customers
communicates problems/needs to the Customer Service Manager
communicates information, problems, customer requests to his/her sales rep.

Job Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience
Bilingual a plus (fluent in Spanish & English)
Computer proficiency (MS Office products - Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills required
Excellent phone personality with an attitude of wanting to help others.

Physical Demands-Time Required:
Sitting-85%
Standing and/or walking-15%

Specific Duties:
Entering orders into the computer-75%
Talking on the phone-60%
