Tuesday, September 28, 7:00-9:00 p.m. in the Asbury Room: Alex Fogel will facilitate a Strategic Resume Submission Workshop. Participants will strategically analyze on-line job postings through effective search tactics, identify key words within job postings, determine likely applicant screening methodologies they will encounter for the posted job, and examine alternative application routes that allow them to tailor their resume in the most advantageous way. Participants are asked to bring an electronic version of their resume or a hard copy of same.


Mark your calendars now for Career Camp to be held Tuesday, October 19 and Thursday, October 21. Both nights will begin with a light supper at 5:00 p.m. followed by a keynote presenter from 6:00-7:00 p.m. and then several breakout sessions will follow. There will be on-going resume review as well. Registration information will be announced shortly. More information will be forthcoming.

Please note Career Camp will replace the regularly scheduled Career Ministry offerings at Dunwoody UMC for the month of October.

The women's group meets the first and third Tuesday mornings at 9:00 a.m. at the Chick-fil-A on Mt. Vernon.
The men's group meets right after each Tuesday evening gathering - location to be announced that evening.

Please note: Career Ministry normally meets at 7:00 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month in the Asbury Room at Dunwoody UMC. Please check the career ministry page or the calendar of the church website for any updates or changes.
