Thanks,Richard, for sending us this notice from the Dunwoody UMC Crossroads group:
MAY 2010 CROSSROADS "CRASH" COURSE FOR CAREER TRANSITION TO BE HOSTED AT DUNWOODY UMC
"For the past 6 months, I have been working with an interdenominational group of Northside Atlanta churches, all members of the Crossroads Career network to develop this series of training programs.
Last summer, we hosted our version of the Career Explorer course at Dunwoody UMC, spread over more than 2 months. We wanted to offer the course more frequently in a condensed format in addition to our normal speaker event programs, but we simply do not have enough volunteers to support that effort.
By combining the efforts of 9 churches, this intensive course will be offered monthly over a 2 week timeframe. This is a "crash" course that will help get your job search be invigorated. The course is limited to 20 participants, and it is expected to fill quickly, so sign up now! If you know of others who might benefit, please pass it on. Thanks!
Gary Davis, Career Ministry Volunteer
