This position will provide a wide range of high volume administrative support to the Recruiters and Staffing Managers at SunTrust Bank. Duties include coordinating and scheduling interviews with multiple senior level hiring managers. Will be responsible for making executive candidate travel arrangements, resume screening, and managing and distributing weekly reports. Will have extensive executive candidate and client communication. Will work closely with other HR Partners (HR, Payroll, Etc.). May assist with recruiting events in executive and campus recruiting in conjunction with other teammates. Manage candidate flow through the applicant tracking software (TALEO). Monitor background checks and other tasks involved in the pre-employment process. May work closely with colleges and universities in posting jobs on their sites and process resume bundles. This person will act as a secondary contact with the hiring manager/client and as a back-up to all other recruiting coordinators.


Basic Qualifications:
3 or more years experience in an administrative support function
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Word & Excel)
Strong planning and organizing skills. Must be able to set priorities, plan and coordinate work activities with minimal supervision
Able to maintain professional demeanor at all times even in stressful situations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to get things done quickly, effectively and in accordance with the time schedule and SOP
High energy, positive attitude and great team player

Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar
3+ years of Staffing Support experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a high volume environment
Proven experience working with TALEO
Must have a full understanding of SunTrust Staffing policies and procedures in order to answer questions from candidates, mangers and co-workers.
