WIT's Careers in Action is a six month program targeted for management-level women wanting to gain critical leadership skills needed to begin their ascent in their organization . This July, WIT is offering another session of Leadership Foundations , which focuses on enhancing crucial skills needed to be an effective leader. Participants will complete this program with: proven methods to develop, set, and execute goals; understand key differences between management and leadership; improved communication and negotiation skills; an ongoing accountability plan; and exposure to senior IT executives in Atlanta's technology community.
