Job Description
Douglasville Medical Transcription Company seeks FT Client Support Specialist. Afternoon/evening shift,Tuesday thru Saturday 3pm to 11:30pm
Must have Strong Customer Service Experience
Must be able to effectively operate a computer, fax machine, printer, and copying machine.
Must be able to actively serve the needs of the OSi Operations Management Team as well as fellow coworkers and clients.
Must serve as a role model in professional attitude, knowledge and execution of duties.
Must understand job and possess the ability to perform daily job duties.
Effectively answer multi-line phones with professionalism and courtesy.
Must have superior skill in the operations of software utilized in position of client support specialist.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Medical Transcription knowledge a plus
