Main Purpose of the Job: Responsible for bi-weekly payroll processing and benefit administration.

Main Responsibilities:
• Payroll Processing
o Processes tax changes, direct deposit additions/changes/deletions, supervisor changes and department code updates in ADP
o Responsible for all payroll grid work (PIP’s, bonuses, retro pays, & salaried time off requests)
o Assists with employment verifications and DOL inquiries
• Payroll Reporting - ReportSmith
• Assists management with special projects as needed


Education/Experience:
• 2 year degree (Bachelor) or equivalent
• 2-3 years experience in Finance & Payroll, preferred business experience in manufacturing

Qualification / Skills:
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and behave in a professional manner
• Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations and employment law
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with superiors, co-workers, and individuals inside and outside the company
• Mid tier knowledge of payroll, benefit and employment practices, laws and regulations
• Able to work with a minimum of supervision
