Job Description
Under direct supervision, processes customer transactions within established guidelines. Identifies and makes sales referrals, recommends alternate channels, cross-sells bank services and products for Wells Fargo partners, provides excellent customer service. Duties may include safe deposit, merchant/vault, ATM processing, bonds and coupons, foreign currency and night drop.

The Georgia Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is seeking a full-time professional Administrative Assistant.

The ideal candidate must have proven word processing and database management experience, be proficient in basic accounting and bookkeeping skills, be detail-oriented and highly organized as well as have evidenced sensitivity and sound professional judgment. A minimum of 2 years experience as an administrative assistant/bookkeeper is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provides administrative, secretarial and clerical support to chapter office.
• Maintains assigned office, program and event records, files and databases.
• Coordinates and maintains chapter financial records and reports as needed.
• Receives and screens telephone calls and visitors, resolving routine and some complex inquiries.
• Maintains a working knowledge of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society mission and its programs to address them.
• Coordinates and codes daily chapter financial records. (e.g. cash receipts, deposit slips, invoices and vendor statements)

• Ensures the timely submission of weekly batches of invoices and cash receipts template to the Home Office.

• Coordinates the communication of FAME information to chapter staff.

• Works with Home Office staff to correct mispostings and other errors on FAME reports as necessary.

• Works on special projects as assigned (e.g. Patient Aid)

• Maintains a working knowledge of the Society's mission and its programs to address them.
