GENCO has an opening for a Maintenance Manager at our GENCO/ BD facility located in Plainfield, IN. The facility is a 650,000 square foot medical device distribution center, operating two (2) shifts with approximately 165 teammates.
The position is responsible for:

Supervising and coaching maintenance and sanitation teammates
Maintaining facility equipment and systems preventative maintenance agreements/schedules
Establishing cost effective contacts/agreements with local contractors/services
Ensuring facility equipment and systems reliability
Adhering to and enforcing the company safety policies
Maintaining liaison with manufacturer representatives to ensure facility support
Assisting in meeting facility production, quality and safety goals
Performing welding and fabrication and more technical repairs
Developing repair procedures for equipment using manufacturer's manual
Implementing and overseeing the sanitation procedures/schedules for the facility
Performing safety and ha training
Repairing machinery and maintaining up-to-date preventative maintenance reports on all equipment
Performing technical repairs involving troubleshooting using electrical meters and measuring devices and reading from and interpreting wiring schematics
Supporting the Facility and Operations Managers

The successful candidate will have:
A BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Five (5) years of facilities maintenance experience; preferably in a distribution and/or manufacturing environment
Two (2) to three (3) years of supervisory experience
Possession of a valid motor vehicle license and willingness to operate motor vehicles in the course of this employment; power equipment licensing
Demonstrated technical knowledge of battery maintenance, HVAC, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, D.C. Controllers, A. C. Drives powered lift equipment and bar code scanning/radio frequency technology
Previous safety and HAZMAT training experience
Previous experience designing, implementing, and managing a preventative maintenance program
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot repair needs
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Power equipment licensing

GENCO has an opening for a Teammate Services (Human Resources) Manager at our facility located in Lebanon, TN. This is approximately a 300,000 square foot Distribution Center operating 2 shifts with approximately 500 teammates
The position is responsible for:
Administering Human Resource plans and procedures in compliance with corporate direction; assisting in development and implementation of local HR policies and procedures and maintaining the employee handbook and policies and procedures manual
Administering the attendance, compensation, and benefits program; may participate in local wage and benefits surveys
Performing benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to teammates
Conducting recruitment efforts for all exempt and non exempt teammates, and temporary teammates; conducting new-employee orientations; create and place advertising
Developing and maintaining relationships with local clinic, governmental employment services and local HR associations
Conducting investigations with regard to harassment and other violations of GENCO policy and procedures and/or federal, state or local laws and regulations

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have:

At least five (5+) years of experience administering HR principles and practices in a facility with an employee population of 100 or more
At least five (5+) years of experience applying knowledge of local, state and federal labor/employment laws and regulations regarding employment decisions such as hiring, discipline, termination, workers compensation, leave administration, benefits and compensation
Previous payroll processing experience; ADP Enterprise and Kronos experience a plus
Administering accounts payable processing and previous Oracle Financials experience a plus
Excellent coaching, counseling and negotiations skills, along with experience supervising others
Clear and professional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
