Job Description Job Site: Douglasville Deadline to Apply: Tuesday, April 6, 2010. Job duties will include the supervision of Member Service Reps Levels II and III and will include the planning, assigning, monitoring and scheduling of daily work and relief for areas of responsibility, furnishing relief for the District Office as needed, assisting employees and members with member concerns/inquiries regarding billing, collections, service, communications and capital credits, the supervision of the use of electronics equipment used in the processing of service requests, billing, collections and member records retention.
